The article discusses civic culture in the context of the construction of New Uzbekistan and shows its role in the life of a person and society. In particular, the features of the rule of law and civil society in our country are analyzed, and the content and essence of civic culture in the process of building a new society and the socio-pedagogical significance of civic culture in this process are revealed.
