This article provides didactic material and developed a methodology for conducting a lesson on the topic «Bromine» using local raw materials. This methodological development is recommended for conducting chemistry lessons in schools, secondary and higher educational institutions.To familiarize students with the features of finding bromine in nature, how to obtain it, the study of its physical and chemical properties, as well as its application in the national economy.
