Мазкур мақолада суд ҳокимиятининг очиқлиги, жамоатчилик олдида хисобдорлиги ва жавобгарлиги, Ўзбекистон Республикасида суд ҳокимиятини очиқлигини таъминлаш борасида амалга оширилаётган ислоҳотлар мазмуни, бу борада қабул қилинган қонунчилик ҳужжатлари таҳлили, суд ҳокимияти устидан жамоатчилик назоратини амалга ошириш меҳанизмлари, жамоатчилик назоратини амалга оширишни тартибга солувчи қонун ҳужжатлари таҳлили, ундаги мавжуд камчиликлар, ривожланган хорижий давлатларда суд хокимияти устидан жамоатчилик назоратини амалга ошириш меҳанизмлари таҳлили, бу жараёнларга ахборот технологиялар ва сунъий интеллектни жорий этилиши, жамоатчилик назоратининг судлар мустақиллигини таъминлашдаги ижобий ва салбий ҳолатлари баён этилган. Шу билан бирга мақоладан, судлар мустақиллигини таъминлашда амалга ошириладиган жамоатчилик назоратининг ҳар қандай кўриниши адолатни таъминлашга хизмат қилиши лозимлиги ҳақидаги фикр-мулохазалар ҳамда бу борадаги таклиф ва тавсиялар ўрин олган.
