The article analyzes the growth trends in crime, describes statistical data, provides information on the occurrence of the investigative action of the inspection, the laws of Manu, "Xi-Yuan-lu" and other sources, describes the procedure for conducting the inspection, analyzes the process of occurrence and gradual improvement of the investigative action as an inspection. It describes the changes in the articles on inspection, reflected in the Codes of Criminal Procedure in force in our region, and their impact on practice.
