In the article, the opinions of foreign and national scientists about the concept, nature and importance of civil-legal contracts in the organization of activities of citizens' assemblies, as well as normative and legal documents in this regard, were studied and scientifically and theoretically analyzed. In addition, the author has developed proposals and recommendations on the role, concept, nature and importance of civil-legal contracts in the improvement of the institution of citizen self-government and in organizing the activities of citizens' assemblies.
