This article carried out a comparative legal analysis of civil law norms of normative legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Russian Federation in the in the field of copyright enforcement on the example of the constitution of both countries, their civil and administrative codes and copyright laws. In addition, a brief analysis of the activities of the judicial and legal system in this branch of law is given. Separate articles of the administrative legislation of both countries in the field of copyright protection are considered.
