The ideas presented in the article are based on the behavior of the victim in the commission of premeditated murders, as well as on the problems that need to be solved during victimological prevention and proposals for their elimination. In addition, the author sought to scientifically substantiate the individual behavioral factors of the victim in the commission of premeditated murders using survey results and statistics.
