Today, we can see from the experience of developed countries that public-private partnerships play an important role in the development of the country's economy, the effective implementation of major infrastructure projects and the improvement of social infrastructure in the country. One of the important tasks is to study the experience of developing countries and introduce their practices in our country. This article provides a comparative analysis of the legal documents of international organizations governing public-private partnerships, as well as the laws of developed countries.
