The article presents the current problems of dental odontopreparation in orthopedic practice. When studying the parameters of the oral microflora in patients with dissected teeth, it determines the presence of dysbiosis and indicates the need for oral sanitation in preparing the tooth for prosthetics, in order to obtain the optimal clinical effect of orthopedic treatment.
