Structural economic reforms, managing inflation is crucial for macroeconomic stability. Thisarticle investigates the asymmetric impact of rising prices on the purchasing power of various income groups.Using econometric models and regression analysis, we empirically demonstrate that inflationary shocksdisproportionately harm low- and middle-income households, worsening socio-economic disparities. Sincetraditional monetary tools alone are insufficient, we propose integrating inflation-targeting frameworks withtargeted social protection mechanisms to achieve price stability without hindering economic growth
