В статье рассматривается роль сувенирной зоны торговли в музее прикладного искусства Узбекистана как важного элемента культурной экосистемы. Автором подчеркивается, что данная зона не только способствует поддержке местных ремесел и сохранению традиционных художественных практик, но и выполняет образовательную функцию, углубляя понимание культуры среди посетителей. Сувенирная зона также формирует культурную идентичность, создавая связь между прошлым и настоящим, и имеет значительное экономическое значение, способствуя развитию туристического потока и финансированию музейной деятельности. Статья подчеркивает актуальность сувенирной торговли в условиях глобализации, подчеркивая её вклад в сохранение культурного наследия Узбекистана.
