Introduction. This article describes a patient who had a hemangioma of the nasal cavity that was discovered at 32 weeks of pregnancy. The patient complained of severe difficulties breathing through her nose, anosmia, and recurrent nosebleeds. Total removal is the course of treatment by the endonasal technique. Nasal cavity vascular tumors can affect men and women equally frequently at any age. This article describes a patient who was diagnosed with a nasal cavity hemangioma at 32 weeks of gestation. Method: Case report and literature review. Results: A benign lesion called a lobular capillary haemangioma originates in the vascular tissue of the skin, mucosa, muscles, glands, and bones. These lesions spread quickly. Rarely occurs nasal localization. Pregnancy and microtrauma are the two most frequently suggested aetiological reasons. Pregnancy-related incidence has been reported to range from less than 2% to roughly 5%. Depending on the severity of the symptoms and the stage of the pregnancy, the treatment of a pregnant woman with such a lesion may be complicated. The preferred course of treatment is complete surgical excision, either with or without pre-operative embolization. Conclusion: For every pregnant patient who has a lump in the mouth or nasal cavity, this rare lesion should be taken into consideration.
