Annotatsiya

The purpose of the work:  Timely and adequate restoration in motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract in severely burned patients. Materials and methods. 102 severely burned Patients who were impaired motor-evacuation function of gastrointestinal tract was taken by Burn department of the Samarkand city medical association to observe during years between 2020 and 2022. Results and discussion. Severe burns contributed to the development of disorders of the motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract, resulting in gastroesophageal reflux, duodeno-gastric reflux and gastrostasis.  Timely antisecretory prophylactic therapy enhances protective factors and prevents the development of a violation of the motor-evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract in severely burned patients. Pathogenetically, when motor evacuation function of the gastrointestinal tract is restored as soon as possible, blood circulation in the mucous membranes will improves and gastroduodenal complications will occur less often.
