In this article, in 1897, the Secular Court of the Amudarya Division passed decisions and sentences on civil cases, criminal cases, civil and various types of criminal cases. We can see in the case that most of the civil cases are organized by real estate, debt obligations, etc., and most of them are organized against the activities of the government, management procedures and regulations.
