This article provides a comparative legal analysis of international contractual and legal sources for ensuring the safety of personnel of international organizations. The main content of the convention of 1994, as well as the optional protocol of 2005, is disclosed, and a legal description of each of the above contractual acts is given. The main treaties and conventions, the participation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in these treaties and conventions are considered, as well as their role in the protection of personnel of international organizations is disclosed and, on the basis of this, appropriate recommendations are given.
