This scientific article will help to consider the problem of physical fitness of figure skaters by means of fitness technologies, namely step aerobics. Particular attention was paid to the importance of the physical qualities of figure skaters and the ways of their development with the help of the proposed set of exercises on the steppes. The publication contains a detailed analysis of the results of these studies.
