The article analyzes the types of vegetable oils. Simple methods of liquid gas chromatography have been created to determine their quality. Modern “express” methods for determining the content of low-quality goods have also been developed, and recommendations for improving the classification of foreign economic activity based on product nomenclature have been developed and recommended for customs practice.
