In this study, we studied the evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of the drug estradiol in preparation for surgery in postmenopausal women with genital prolapse and stress urinary incontinence. The study proves the need for the use of the drug in the preoperative preparation of postmenopausal women with varying degrees of genital prolapse and stress urinary incontinence, as well as the early start of the use of this drug in perimenopausal women in order to prevent estrogen-dependent complications and reduce the progression of diseases in the presence of minimal clinical manifestations .
