In this article the current scientific-theoretical and practical-applied questions of legal personality and sovereignty in modern international law. In this case, with the author's position at the process of gaining legal personality of Uzbekistan and the strengthening of the sovereignty of our country. The focus of the article is on the issues of strengthening and expansion of the international legal personality and sovereignty of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the objective analysis, a number of measures and proposals have been proposed to strengthen sovereignty and expand the international legal personality of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
