This article provides legal analysis on the system of the contracts in the telecommunication sector with definitions to the type of contracts. It provides several scientific approaches of researchers and suggestions in the framework of Uzbekistan laws. Taking into consideration the importance of choosing a clear legal framework for civil legal relations, it will be necessary to systematize the contracts in the sector of telecommunication services.
