Objective: The need to expand the arsenal of available methods for the treatment of dysplastic coxarthrosis in order to improve the quality and efficiency of treatment and to increase the effectiveness of total endoprosthesis of the hip joint. Material and methods: We studied the long-term results of total hip arthroplasty in stage 3-4 dysplastic coxarthrosis with a follow-up period of 6 months to 9 years. The first control examination was carried out 1 month after the operation. In the future, the examination will be carried out within 1 month from the day of the operation, and in the future it will be carried out once every 3 months. Results: Analysis of the results of arthroplasty according to the main clinical and radiological criteria showed a significant decrease in pain, disappearance of short legs, increased range of motion in the hip joint and improvement in gait. Six months after total arthroplasty, most patients had no pain when walking or moving. Conclusions: The obtained results of hip arthroplasty confirm the effectiveness and practical value of the method of surgical treatment of 3-4 degrees of congenital dislocation of the hip and 3-4 degrees of dysplastic coxarthrosis.
