The article presents the results of studies to determine the influence of the term of sowing seeds and planting seedlings on the duration of the growing season and biometric indicators of kohlrabi. It has been established that the most favorable period for the growth, development and accumulation of the vegetative mass of the kohlrabi cabbage plant is the first period of planting seedlings (the second decade of March).
