При исследовании невербальных средств как неотъемлемой части культуры необходимо обращать внимание на такие факторы, как контекст, основа и культура. В частности, контекст играет важную роль для того, чтобы адресат правильно воспринял информацию, передаваемую невербальными средствами. Это указывает на то, что невербальные средства подчинены определенной прагматической задаче в речевом процессе.
