Trichoderma туркуми турлари энг асосий бионазорат агентларидан бири ҳисобланади. Ушбу тадқиқот потенциал деб ҳисобланган Trichoderma туркуми турларининг морфологик ва молекуляр идентификациясига бағишланган. Тажрибаларда морфологик идентификацияни тасдиқлаш мақсадида, Trichoderma изолятларининг молекуляр идентификация қилиш учун икки хил ген ҳудудларидан (ITS-Internal transcribed spacer ва EF-Translation elongation factor 1) фойдаланилган. Тадқиқотлар натижасида жами 4 та турга мансуб Trichoderma туркумининг маҳаллий изолятлари морфологик ва молекуляр идентификация қилинган.
