In the context of globalization and the rapid development of technology, teaching foreign languages goes beyond traditional methods. An important aspect of learning is the development of cultural competence, which helps students not only to master the grammar and vocabulary of the language but also to understand the cultural characteristics of the country whose language they are studying. For future teachers of the Korean language, the development of cultural competence is especially important, since they must not only transfer knowledge about the language but also form a deep understanding of Korean culture in their students.
