English for Specific Purposes (ESP) plays a vital role in preparing students for professional environments. However, a persistent gap exists between ESP education and industry needs, leading to challenges in workplace communication. This study examines strategies to bridge this gap by analyzing curriculum design, task-based learning, technology-enhanced instruction, and industry collaboration. A mixed-methods approach, including qualitative interviews, corpus analysis, and experimental studies, highlights the importance of aligning ESP curricula with real-world professional discourse. Findings suggest that integrating authentic materials, digital learning tools, and structured internships can enhance students’ communicative competence and industry readiness.
