Annotatsiya

In this work, it was found that with an increase in the annealing temperature and cooling rate, in the density and a decrease in the size of clusters is observed. It has been found that with a change in the annealing temperature from T=1100 0С to 1250 0С, the density of clusters increases by almost 1-1,5 orders of magnitude, and their size decreases 56 times. It seems to us that for obtaining clusters with reproducible parameters the optimal cooling rate is 200300 0С/с.
