In the experiments on thirty rats, the comparative hepatoprotective activity of lesbochol, celagrip, concern and legal was studied in case of liver damage by the anti-tuberculosis drug (ATD) – isoniazid. The effectiveness of the studied preparations (lesbochol, celagrip and concern) in the elimination of the cytolytic syndrome was established. In terms of the effect on the values of biochemical parameters reflecting the level of the cytolytic syndrome, the best effect was noted when using celagrip than lesbochol or concern.
