This article describes the economic policy of repression of the revolutionary tribunals established by the Soviet authorities in the territory of the Turkestan ASSR in extreme conditions on the basis of a wide range of historical documents. It was also revealed that there were conflicts in the activities of the revolutionary tribunal and anarchy in the system.
