In the article, attributive word combinations are considered as style-forming language means. It is also shown the usage and semantic originality of the attributive phrases in this style. In addition attributive word combinations are described as differentiating and forming means of functional styles. It is also justified that the study of word combination in this way has a great importance for Stylistics.
