The article deals with the approaches to the organization of psychological support for patients with chronic diseases. Psychological support to patients with chronic somatic diseases in patients highlights the particular importance to the psychological assistance. Chronic disease conditions, the person will be directed to prevent, mitigate and overcome the obstacles of various kinds of special events, usually as a diagnostic system. Advisory, psychotherapy and psycho- correction as determined by means of practical psychology is stressed.
