This article examines the liberalization and integration of the financial sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan into the global economy, the challenges facing the banking sector, and development directions for addressing them. It also examines the necessity, feasibility, and advisability of implementing precise (calculation) methods in the work of managers. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of creating and developing a parametric model of a social system operating in an active environment using appropriate methods and tools, including computer programs for automating management activities and simulation models. It can be used in both decision-making systems and decision support systems, as well as in training for developing decision-making skills.
