This article explores the prospects for the development of green (eco) tourism in the Surxondaryo region. It analyzes the region’s natural and cultural resources, environmentally friendly recreational areas, the current state of tourism infrastructure, and the factors required for its further development. The study also discusses ways to enhance ecological sustainability and improve the well-being of the local population through the promotion of green tourism.
