This article examines the possibilities of applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) in international hotels. The concept of AI is defined, and the main directions of its implementation in the hospitality industry are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to successful examples of AI use in the operations of global hotel chains such as Hilton, Marriott, Accor, and InterContinental Hotels Group. The key advantages and potential risks of introducing intelligent technologies are identified. An analysis of the practical application of AI in customer service automation, service personalization, and business process optimization is conducted.
