Annotatsiya

Monomorphic ventricular tachycardia (VT) - occurs in the form of paroxysms with a heart rate of 100-250 per minute. This is one of the most severe forms of heart rhythm disturbances. A high rhythm frequency during paroxysm, especially against the background of pronounced changes in the myocardium, often leads to a rapid developed acute left ventricular failure, collapse, arrhythmic shock, fainting, clinical picture of circulatory arrest. VT is characterized by a high risk of transformation into ventricular fibrillation (VF), which is a direct mechanism of sudden cardiac death. In connection with this phenomenon, VT is extremely unfavorable for the prognosis of life [1].
