The article explores and analyzes the ways of resolving interethnic conflicts. The main purpose of this article is to form an idea of the main tools for preventing interethnic conflicts, which is an urgent problem discussed in modern multinational states. Despite the different theoretical approaches in the study of technologies and models of large-scale resolution of interethnic conflicts, their integration into the system of society and subsequent adaptation is required. The author, considering modern techniques, methods, models for resolving interethnic conflicts, considers it a priority to create and maintain a «psychological model of compliment» between peoples, preventing its occurrence in any form and at any stage of the development of negative interethnic forms of interaction. Modern methods of resolving interethnic conflicts are also considered. The main task, according to the author, is to create and maintain a model of psychological complementarity between people, as well as to prevent negative interethnic interaction in any form and at any stage of the development of relations.
