In this article, the authors consider that the quality of education is managed by making managerial decisions at all levels based on the results of education monitoring, and education monitoring is carried out using a set of statistical and analytical evaluation indicators for external and internal evaluation of the quality of education. The article substantiates the importance of creating conditions for the objective control of students ' knowledge and skills, monitoring and diagnostics of the quality of education for obtaining a quality education. The article also presents a mathematical modeling of monitoring technologies of the educational process based on Blum's taxonomy and quantitative probabilistic characteristics. The authors give indicators of approbation of monitoring the technology of teaching students on the mathematical model developed in the article, on the basis of which high-level mathematical competencies in subjects are formed, and the quantitative characteristics of the disciplines are presented in a standardized form of the test.
