A review of data on clinical cases of patients observed in the clinic of the Republican Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan was carried out. The clinical condition of the patient during examination and treatment is described. The patient was diagnosed with: OS - Severe contusion of the organ of vision. Lacerations of the upper and lower eyelids. Violations of the integrity of the lacrimal canals. The wound was gradually treated with specialized ophthalmic surgery, the patient was under observation.
