EDUCATIONAL IDEAS OF TURKISH JADIDS AND INFLUENCE ON THEIR SOCIO-POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS VIEWS Turkistan jadids were important figures known for their educational, socio-political and religious works written in Turkish in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. They had a great impact on the social and political life of the Turkic peoples, especially Uzbekistan. The educational ideas of the Jadids were mainly formed on the basis of modern science and enlightenment, awakening and education of the people. Jadids advocated all-round progress, fought against the old, traditional ways and aimed to reform education. his socio-political views had a strong influence not only in Turkestan, but also in the entire Muslim world.
