This article analyzes the role and importance of fulfillment centers in e-commerce logistics. The issues of efficient organization of order processing are considered, and an analysis is conducted based on statistical data. As a result of the research, a conceptual model for optimizing the activities of fulfillment centers is proposed. Additionally, practical recommendations for the development of this infrastructure in the conditions of Uzbekistan are developed
