This article describes the existing problems in the system of training future teachers for extracurricular educational work and offers a technological model for their elimination. According to the results of the conducted research, a number of complex problems faced by young teachers at the initial stage of pedagogical activity, methods of pedagogical experiment, as well as some aspects of professional training of future teachers, factors of effective organization of educational work and its main organizational directions were shown.
