The article is devoted to the socio-psychological factor of innovation in the field of education. As psychological factors of innovation, we analyzed the psychological barrier that workers face in front of innovation, the awareness of team members about innovation, especially the innovative activities of leaders, such as the innovative position, leadership style and principles in the context of innovation, and the innovative potential of the teaching staff as a whole.
