The article demonstrates the main stages and methods used to conduct online research during the period of remote operation. Also, the article shows an analysis of the possibility of using international methods and standards in research systems. Furthermore, the article reveals the main proposals for the direction of work in terms of creating tools for performing qualitative research and collecting a database. It should be noted, that there is a particular interest on the part of the Government of Uzbekistan in terms of a detailed study of public opinion, which presupposes an in-depth study of all problem areas of modern Uzbek society. Considering the need to increase quantitative and qualitative research, as well as to obtain the most reliable data on the opinions of citizens of the Uzbekistan, sociological research, conducted by the Republican Center of the Study of Public Opinion "IjtimoiyFikr" is focused on constructively new forms of interaction with respondents, which will increase the scope and speed of the research.
