The article presents a comparative analysis of cognitive functions in young people who regularly engage in various sports. The study demonstrates a higher level of mental functions in some of their characteristics, in contrast to peers who do not engage in sports. Differences in the level of cognitive functions were revealed in individuals involved in low-, medium-, high-static, and low-, medium-, high-dynamic types of sports activities.
