This article examines modern trends and issues in the formation of legal culture in society. Special attention is given to the impact of digitalization, globalization, civil society, and legal education on the development of legal consciousness. The causes of legal nihilism, the role of the media, and cultural factors influencing the perception of legal norms are analyzed. The authors propose a comprehensive approach to addressing existing problems, emphasizing the interaction between the state, educational institutions, and civil society.
