This article analyzes the theoretical foundations of financial management in joint-stock companies. Important factors in financial allocation are examined in the context of ensuring financial stability, enhancing investment attractiveness, and protecting shareholders' interests. Modern approaches to financial decision-making and their practical significance are analyzed.
