The article provides detailed information about the life path and scientific achievementsof the great scientist and leading playwright Palvaniyazov Pahratdin Khudoybergenovich, who occupied animportant place in the history of Karakalpak art. It is about his tireless work as the director of the StateInstitute of Art and Culture of Uzbekistan during the development years of the institute.
