This article examines the impact of Internet language and social networks on the modern Russian language. Internet language, formed on the Internet and social networks, has a significant impact on the lexical, grammatical and stylistic components of the Russian language. We will analyze the reasons for the emergence of Internet language, as well as the consequences that it entails for the Russian language.
