This article includes an analysis of the competitive environment for the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in Khorezm region. The article analyzes the impact of the development of small business and private entrepreneurship on the economy and society, as well as the main factors and changes in the indices of the competitive environment. The article offers practical recommendations for raising the indices of the competitive environment of small business and private entrepreneurship development to a higher level.
