Annotatsiya

The integration of Uzbekistan's agriculture into global value chains necessitates a shift from raw material exports to high value-added products. This article analyzes the impact of international "Organic", "Halal", and "Carbon-neutral" certifications on the cost and export price of domestic agricultural products. The research demonstrates that "green" certification not only increases the value added (premium markup) by an average of 20-40%, but also opens access to highly profitable markets in the EU, GCC countries, and the Asia-Pacific region. The paper identifies institutional and financial barriers to certification, proposes public-private partnership mechanisms for building "green" brands, and develops strategic recommendations for agro-export development up to 2030.
